Kingsbridge Road Rm. 9b16 Bronx NY 10468 Synopsis: Please note that this document is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, James J Peters VAMC is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of floor tile removal. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 238330. Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing (email or fax) and must be received not later than AUGUST 28, 2012 at 10 am. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. ***This procurement will be a 100% set-aside for SDVOSB business. The procurement sourcing will be LPTA,(lowest price technically acceptable)*** The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources for this procurement relative to NAICS 238330. Qualified offerors shall be experienced in the education and training of large groups within medical primary care. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, a service capability statement, examples of similar facilities which you have provided services to (a capabilities statement is mandatory), DUNS number, address, point of contact. If your firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business, you must be CERTIFIED in VetBiz (see internet site: http://vip.vetbiz.gov). Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registry (CCR) (see internet site: http://www.ccr.gov). Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (email or fax) and received not later than AUGUST 28, 2012 at 10:00AM. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on Federal Business opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and www.fedbid.com at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. For this solicitation, VHA VISN 03 - 526 NCO - Bronx intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. VHA VISN 03 - 526 NCO - Bronx is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.
