- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49, DFARS Change Notice 20110202. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337124 with a small business size standard of 100 employees. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The 1st BN NCO Academy - 199th RTI - Camp Cook, LA requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: There is 0001 contract line item number (CLIN) in this request. SANDUSKY PART# CAC1362478-07 OR EQUAL, 150, EA; CLIN 1 is a Combination cabinet interior includes a full width top shelf, three adjustable side shelves, and a garment rod. Powder coat finish. Interior requires assembly. Dimensions 36" wide x 24" deep x 78" tall, Adjustable: Yes, Mobile: No, Color: Putty, Gray, or light brown preferred, Assembly Type: Minor Assembly, Type of Door: Solid, Type of Handle: Swing Handle - 3 Point Locking System, Combination Cabinets - Classic with adjustable shelves. Include specification sheets and color samples with each quote. Delivery is FOB Destination to 1st BN NCOA, 6030 Monroe Highway, Ball, LA 71405. Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions must be submitted to Major David L. Bourgeois at david.bourgeois@us.army.mil. Questions not received prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before an award can be made to them. If the offeror is not registered in SAM, it may do so through the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov. Award will be made for all or none. If exact item is not quoted (see FAR 52.212-1(b)(4)) a specification sheet or other information must be provided that provides sufficient detail for the United States to determine whether or not the substituted product(s) quoted can satisfy the need. All quantities ordered must be delivered within 30 calendar days after receipt of order. The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days required to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from the buyer. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items.
