Description

The Air Force Test Center Operational Contracting Office, Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for Circular Variable Neutral Density Filters under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Reynard Corporation. Anticipated award date is 4 September 2012. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: Filter, four (4) inch CVF, IAW the Government specifications in technical data requirements dated 10 July 2012, QTY 8 EA The items must be delivered to: 46 TW/LCMA, Eglin AFB, Fl 32542 within 12 weeks after receipt of the order on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) for this acquisition is 33314, small business size standard: 500 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a bid/proposal or quotation. The Government will consider all responses received within five (5) days of this publication. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
