- Presolicitation Notice - 2nd FIS Modular Systems Furniture Purchase and Installation/Design This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for a commercial acquisition IAW FAR 12.204. The Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI FIR7/2nd Field Investigations Squadron) has a requirement for the delivery and installation of Modular Systems Furniture. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. Performance will be on-site at Joint Base Andrews, MD. The Government intends to make a single award to the offeror that presents the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. Solicitation No. FA7014-12-T-3024. It is advertised with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 423210. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 08/24/2012 at www.fbo.gov. Proposals shall be submitted via e-mail to daniel.spaulding@afncr.af.mil.
