Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N40192-12-Q-4106 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511. The business size standard is 750 Employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6665. The contractor shall provide the following commercial items requested in this solicitation: FIDO NXT PORTABLE EXPLOSIVE DETECTION CLIN Specifications: (see Statement of Work for detailed description) CLIN 0001 “ Quantity 3 each Fido NXT Explosive Detection Delivery to: N61128 Naval Base Guam Security Bldg. 6003 Security Road Santa Rita, Guam 96915 POC: Michelle Duenas Tel: 671-339-6621 The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government, price and non-price related factors considered. Evaluation factors for award: (1) Technical Acceptability of the Item Offered and (2) Price. Quotes should include material description, catalog cuts or photos to be deemed technically acceptable. Quotes should include freight cost and place of delivery as described in the attached Statement of Work. Items should be shipped no later than 30 Days ARO, FOB: Destination. Quote response must be received by 07 September 2012, 1:00pm Guam Time.
