- The following information has been changed from the attached SOW. Also, the TERO language was deleted. 1.1.8SITE VISIT The site visit will occur at the school. If there's any questions concerning the site visit please Mr. Begay, Jr.. The site visit will be conducted by a school employee or by the COR. The COR is Mr. Richard Begay and his contact information is the following: Facilities Management and Construction - Western Region 602-379-6755 Richard.Begay@bia.gov Richard K. Begay, Jr, Project Manager/General Architect, Designated COTR Mr. Begay will choose to do a group or individual site visit. Please contact him by August 31st, 2012. Secondary contacts for the site visit will be the following contact: Louis Barajas at louis.barajas@bie.edu, Principal or Damien Carlos Damien.Carlos@bia.edu, Maintenance. Questions may be asked while at the site visit and written questions must be submitted to the contract specialist Ricky Mills at ricky.mills@bia.gov by September 3rd, 2012 at 6 P.M. Eastern. All questions will be answered by September 5th 2012.
