This acquisition is a sole-source procurement. This pre-solicitation is published for information purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. The source is Executive Building. The vendor's business is located at 6006 Executive Blvd. Ste. 100 in Rockville, MD 20852-3811. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. NIH has a requirement to lease 118 parking spaces for National Institutes of Health (NIH) employees located at 6006 Executive Boulevard in Rockville, MD. NIH has a GSA lease for office spaces at 6006 Executive Boulevard. The period of performance for this acquisition is as follows: Base Period: October 1, 2012 to April 30, 2013 Option Year 1: May 1, 2013 to April 30, 2014 Option Year 2: May 1, 2014 to April 30, 2015 Option Year 3: May 1, 2015 to April 30, 2016 AUTHORITY: FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Market research was conduct by the contracting specialist; however, there is only one vendor that can provide parking spaces on the facility's property.
