Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst requires One Portable Instrument Cleaning System P/N 3646-1-1, One Automatic Pressure Calibration System P/N 3666-10k-3, One Air Data Calibrator P/N 3688A, One Portable Pressure Calibration System P/N 3712-1-1. The Government intends to enter into sole source negotiations with King Nutronics Corporation, 6421 Independence Ave, Woodland Hills, CA 91367-2683. Under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, this firm is considered the only supplier of required items, which are required in accordance with the P-3C Instrument Calibration Procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
