The purpose of this Modification to the previous Presolicitation Notice as originally issued on August 10, 2012 is to modify the anticipated date for issuance of the solicitation. It is anticipated that the solicitation and specifications will be issued and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about September 17, 2012, with proposals due on or about October 15, 2012. These dates are subject to change. No questions are being accepted at this time. Once the solicitation is issued there will be ample time provided to contractors for questions.
