Classification Code : V -Transportation, Travel and Relocation NAICS Code: 484210- Van lines, moving and storage services Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.603 Streamlined solicitation for commercial items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement includes attachments with applicableprovisions, clausesand wage determinationfor this solicitation. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This action is being set aside for small business participation only. BID SCHEDULE : The work of this contract consists of disassemble of workstations, and other items (see separate attachment of furniture listing, provide moving services (load and unload) for furniture and other items from the IRS buidling in Seattle, WA to a recycle center approximately 25 miles away. See SOW on the Solicitation form for more details. Vendor shall include a minimum of three past performance references including contact information for each reference. MOVE DATE : The approximate move dates are scheduled mid- September 10, 2012 the arrangements for exact time and dates, will be coordinated between the Contractor and the COR. KEY FACTORS FOR THIS AWARD Award shall be made to the offeror whose quote offers the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer to the Government, who is financially stable and has all applicable insurance coverage. QUOTES: Offers may be returned using the first two pages of the solicitation document (bottom of first page requires signature authorization) or may be submitted on company letterhead or stationary and MUST include the following information: Company name, contact information, DUNS Number, CAGE Code, unit price, and total charge for the complete job. When quoting, reference Solicitation TIRWR12Q00062 and include DUNS. WALK-THRU: Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at 10 a.m., Jackson Federal Building, 915 2 nd Ave, Seattle, WA. Notify your intention to walk-thru by contacting: Donna Burnside, 206-220-6584 or 206-518-1631 no later than 24 hours prior to walk-thru. Must pass security, so an ID will be needed and any sharp objects or weapons will be confiscated. QUESTION SUBMITTALS: questions may be asked at the time of site visit or must be submitted to the contract officer, Martha Krumel, via email only, no later than August 30, 2010, noon PDST, email: martha.krumel@irs.gov DEADLINES: The closing date and time for receipt of quote is Tuesday, August 4, 2012, 3:00 pm, PDST (Noon EDST).
