Description

The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award an Order to Dean Evans and Associates, Inc. on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for the EMS Enterprise Room Wizard with Tandberg Management Systems and Annual Support. Dean Evans & Associates, Inc. is the sole distributor and service provider for the EMS Enterprise, EMS Professional, EMS Lite, EMS Master Calendar, EMS Campus and EMS Regics scheduling products. Any purchase of EMS products from other than Dean Evans & Associates, Inc. is unauthorized and is in direct conflict with the policies and procedures of Dean Evans & Associates, Inc. OCC currently uses several Dean Evans & Associates, Inc. products and the products, maintenance and support is proprietary to Dean Evans & Associates, Inc. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by September 3, 2012 by 2:00pm ET. Responses shall be submitted to PSB3@bpd.treas.gov, Attention B. Cooper/S. Tefft A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
