- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, permits, and disposal necessary for the addition of two operatories in the dental clinic at the Providence VAMC, Project Number 650-11-104. The construction cost range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 and the size standard is $33.5 million. Award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government. The solicitation package will be available on August 31, 2012. The date for receipt of quotations is scheduled for September 19, 2012 at 12:00. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, may be accessed for download on the date of issuance at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely on this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. This solicitation will be set aside strictly for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. All SDVOSBs must be verified in Vet Biz as SDVOSB prior to the submission of quotations. All offerors must ensure registration in SAM is current and accurate.
