Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 2MJ0F801is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a one year extended warranty for a CHIPSCANNER100 - Die Lvl Rev Eng Tool manufactured by Carl Zeiss. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. Set-aside: none; associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516; small business size standard: 500 employees.
