- Attachment 3: Picture of Dock Attachment 2: Diagram of Dock Attachment 1 Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference number is TYNDF2106200-61; this solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-47 and Defense Change Notice (DCN) 20110112. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990. The business size standard is $33,500,000. This RFP consists of the following brand name items: N/A Components must be compatible to existing EZ Dock however the Government is furnishing the replacement dock. All proposals must reflect F.O.B. Destination, Tyndall Air Force Base (AFB), Florida. IAW provision 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items, the following methods of evaluation will be used in order of importance: technical capability and approach of the items offered to meet the Government requirement and price. Technical capability is more important than price however this is a nonappropriated fund project and funds are limited. Line Items to include: ITEM 0001: Overall price to include demolition, dock assembly/replacement, plumbing, and electrical upgrade of Tyndall Marina Dock at Tyndall AFB, Florida. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
