- NSN: 6220-01-560-1174- Light Bar, Assembly, being bought in accordance with IBIS Tek, LLC (1SC69) with P/N: 2203-100-001. Based on market research this item is not commercial and will be solicited using FAR Part 15. The required quantity is 20 each to be shipped to (SW3121) Albany, CA ZIP CODE 31704. FOB destination and inspection acceptance at destination is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 09/10/2012. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, per provisions (52.215-9C09, 52.211-9051, and 52.215-9022).
