- Summer Rebuild Parts Lists PDF Summer Rebuild Parts List This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the vehicle/equipment parts list attached. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. AWARD WILL BE MADE ON ALL OR NONE. All firms must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) before being considered for award. If you had an active record in Central Contractor Registration (CCR), you have an active record in SAM. You do not need to do anything in SAM at this time unless a change in your business circumstances requires a change in SAM in order for you to be paid or to receive an award. Information concerning SAM requirements may be viewed via the internet at http://www.sam.sgov. The following additional contract terms and conditions are necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices: 1. Quality of parts: All parts furnished by the contractor shall meet or exceed the quality of the part furnished on the original piece of equipment. If the requested part is not available, a suitable substitute will be provided that meets all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements. Rebuilt/remanufactured or used parts must conform to the original manufacturer's tolerance. 2. Parts warranties: The contractor shall convey to the Government a standard warranty properly funded as part of the procurement (i.e., included in the price of the part/supply).
