Description

This Modification to the Synopsis dated 06 August 2012 is being issued to extend the closing date from 06 September 2012 to 13 September 2012 and to address questions that were received by 10:00 a.m. (HST) on 24 August 2012. Verbal queries will not be entertained. The Government may not respond to questions received after COB on 28 August 2012. Please see the attachment for the responses to the questions. All other information in the Synopsis dated 06 August 2012 remains unchanged.
