The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Big Spring, TX Delineated Area: City Limits of Big Spring Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,841 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,841 ABOA SF Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 25 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 25 (secured surface spaces) Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 25 surface on site secured parking spaces are required as a part of rental consideration. The building will include a sally-port and fenced yard to accommodate a 40' bus. Space shall not be located within 200 feet of residential areas, schools, parks or churches Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Energy Star, and Fire, Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Request for Lease Proposals.
