Description

SAP Justification Continuation Sheet. SOLE SOURCE NOTICE (LICENSE FOR QUESTIONMARK ONDEMAND SERVICE) This is a notice of intent to issue a contract to Questionmark Corporation, 535 Connecticut Avenue, Suite 100, Norwalk, CT 06854-1700 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is to award a contract to procure a License for Questionmark OnDemand Service and a License to use Questionmark Windows Authoring Software with Questionmark OnDemand for the Period of Performance of 15 September 2012 through 14 September 2013 for the Defense Information School at Fort Meade, Maryland. See attached Continuation Sheet and SAP Sole Source Justification. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to perform by responding to this notice by the specified closing date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by the closing date specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
