Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a "Request for Quotation" and is 100 % set-aside for small business. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. This is a "Brand Name or Equal" requirement in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. The evaluation process to be used is "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable" in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. This is an "Open Market" requirement. The Government intends to award one firm-fixed-price Purchase Order as result of this solicitation. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339114, with a small business size standard of 500.
