- FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: Ira Weiner, 443-395-7001 ira.weiner@us.army.mil The purpose of this market survey is to identify sources that can manufacture or supply and deliver SOUNO Brand or equivalent 5 KW and 10 KW FM Transmitters for Foreign Military Sales Case CO-B-VFC A2 (Colombia) in accordance with the requirements detailed in this announcement.
