The Fargo VA Healthcare System anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to ERBE USA, INC for the procurement of an Argon Plasma Coagulator deliverable to the Department of Veterans Affairs, 2101 Elm Street, Fargo ND 58102 as indicated within the contract documents. NAICS code #423450, with a size standard of 100 employees, applies to this procurement. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Comments regarding this announcement must be received no later than 31 August 2012.
