- Sources Sought - 1.The North Texas Veterans Health Care System located in Dallas Texas is conducting market research with the intent of determining the interest, capabilities, and qualifications of potential small businesses to provide repair on a : Toshiba America Medical Systems and to diagnose and repair MODEL:Toshiba Aquilion 64 Slice CT Scanner. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary to diagnose and repair a Toshiba Aquilion 16 Slice CT Scanner. The equipment shall be repaired in accordance with Toshiba America Medical Systems. Contractor shall be OEM trained and use only OEM supplied or approved new parts. Only those small business firms authorized and/or qualified to provide this service on this type of equipment need to respond. All Contractors that have the capability to provide the maintenance may indicate their interest for future contracts by providing the following information to include a capability statement: (1) Identification of company size status, certifications, i.e., 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, small business. (2) Proof of experience and capability. (3) Responses to the 5 questions listed below this paragraph. This information; to include a capability statement, will NOT be accepted after the due date/closing date of this Sources Sought request. Responses shall be limited to no more than 5 pages in length. 1. Has your company ever performed services as a contractor or subcontractor under a Government contract? 2. Has your company performed these services as described above or similar services on the equipment identified within this Sources Sought Notice? 3. How many employees does your firm staff? 4. Does your company provide this service or do you subcontract the work? Which of the requirements would be subcontracted? 5. Do you currently (within the past 3 years) have relevant experience in all areas of this requirement? If not, please list the specifics areas of service that your firm has provided in the past. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS PUBLISHED FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. Note that this is not a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list nor is it a request for a proposal, quotation, or an announcement of a solicitation. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 811219 with a size standard of $19.0 Million. All interested firms should notify this office in writing via e-mail by the due date provided within this notice. The Government will not pay for any material provided in response to this Sources Sought Notice nor will data provided by an interested firm be returned to the sender.
