- Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to TEEL, INC in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The organizational requirement is for the purchase of 5 XRY LICENSES TO BE RENEWED FOR 12 MONTHS. The forensic system must be capable of providing logical and physical analysis on the retrial of stored information within cellphones, along with recenly deleted information. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
