- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation replaces N33191-12-R-0417; all offers under this previous solicitation are invited to submit an offer. Solicitation N33191-12-R-0422 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The associated NAICS code is 336112-Light Truck and Utility Vehicle Manufacturing. This RFP is issued as a commercial item procurement using Acquisition of Commercial Items (FAR 12). The award will be for 55 Vehicles CLINS 0001-0008 and delivered 120 days from award date. A Statement of local parts availability within Djibouti City, Djibouti is required.
