- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidders for a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the construction of individual drilled wells, water pressure systems, individual waste disposal systems, community water and sewer connections, and inspection and repair of existing septic systems for scattered home sites on the Crow Creek Indian Reservation, Buffalo, Hughes, and Hyde counties, South Dakota. Performance shall be from the Date of Award through December 31, 2012, with two 1-year options with performance dates of January 1 - December 31, 2013, and January 1- December 31, 2014 respectively. BID BOND, PAYMENT, AND PERFORMANCE BONDS ARE REQUIRED. Project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This is a HUBZone Set-Aside solicitation. The Indian Preference Clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract. IFB-241-2012-3545 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this publication. For a copy of this solicitation package, the solicitation number shall be identified on your request and be addressed to: Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service, Attention: Gayle Peltier, Procurement Technician, Federal Building, Room 309, 115 4th Avenue SE, Aberdeen, SD 57401-4381. There is a $25.00 non-refundable fee for the solicitation documents. Write the check/money order to Indian Health Service and ensure the solicitation number is on the check.
