- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W91243-12-T-0016 is being issued as a Request For Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquistion Circular 05-60. This solicitation has been set-aside exclusively for a small woman-owned business under NAICS 334220 ($6.5M). See attachments for SF1449 that you will need for pricing purposes. Please pay close attention to CLINS 0001 and 0002. There are other attachments such as a Statement of Work and other vital information. There will be a site visit at 1:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, August 22nd at the JFHQ Building at 2433 NW 24th Street in Lincoln, NE. This is located on the Nebraska Air National Guard Base. You will need to provide me with your name, company, e-mail address, and phone number no later than Monday, August 20th by the end of the day. Pricing and equipment breakdown will be due no later than 1:00 pM CDT on Friday, 7 September 2012. Pricing may be e-mail to sandra.leach2@us.army.mil or faxed to 402-309-7549. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this RFQ: 52.212-1 - Instructions for Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-2 - Evaluation-Commercial Items (Best Value/ price and technical equal); 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations & Certifications-Commercial(Mandatory that this be sent); 52.212-5 - Contract Terms & Conditions-Commercial; and 52.212-5 Contract Terms & Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial. The Contractor must have an active registration in the Central Contractors Registration. Payment will be made using Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). This is mandated by Congress.
