Description

Specifications and quantity Solicitation N00421-12-T-0602 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on full and open competition basis under the authority of FAR Part 12 & Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This maybe accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov The government will not pay for any information received. Offerors may submit proposals via fax; however, the preferred method is via email. Please send to the attention of the Contracting POC above; all emailed proposals must reach the Contracting POC by the closing date of Friday, August 31, 2012 by 5 PM (EST). Award is expected September 7, 2012. Used or refurbished items will not be accepted. No drawings are available for this item.
