- Statement of Work ***This requirement is currently UNFUNDED*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912PQ-12-T-0010 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430 with a small business size standard of 100 employees. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation, pending availability of funds. The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking APC Uninterruptable Backup Power Supply Systems. Please see attached SOW for complete details. Pending availability of funds, the contract will be awarded to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer that meets or exceeds ALL requirements outlined in the attached technical description. The offeror must provide descriptive literature in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in this solicitation. This shall include product literature, specifications, drawings, schematic diagrams, and/or other descriptive diagrams in order to allow proper evaluation by the government. The technical evaluation will be a determination based on information furnished by the offeror. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 PM EST, 11 September 2012.
