Description

The VA National Acquisition Center is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) VA797M-12-I-0247 for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Hines, IL Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) to identify potential sources for upgrading current pharmacy labeling stations on the Knapp/Baker A-Frame system. This system will operate in conjunction with the signature verification program and the current labeling system at the CMOP. The system shall be capable of applying labels to round and irregularly shaped medication containers. The system shall also supply labels in a flagged configuration when necessary. The new system shall utilize existing space realizing the same or increased production over our current configuration using 50% fewer verification stations.
