- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The Solicitation number is F1S0AX2194B002. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005- 60 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20120724 (Amended) Edition. The size standard is 750 employees. NAICS is 334511. This is unrestricted. The 412th Test Wing Electronic Warfare Group (EWG) has a REQUIREMENT for the following parts: Description Qty Coaxial SPDT Switch, DC-18 GHz, 50 ohm P/N 15679.2 15 EA 10-to-10 or 10-to-14 Pin Cable Kit for Y1153A, Y1154A, P/N 16293.1 4 EA Distribution Board for 2 Step Attenuators (84904/5/6/7/8 or 8494/5/6) P/N 16293.1 4 EA Mounting Bracket for qty 5 8490 Series Attenuators or 876x switches in the L4490/91A P/N 17613.1 8 EA Attenuator, 90dB, 10dB Steps, 28GHz, Programmable P/N 15667.2 15 EA 2U RF Switch Platform with Integrated Switch Driver, Including 64 switch drive lines 4 EA Quote shall include Freight FOB Edwards AFB CA 93524 with Delivery Date. Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the above part list, described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote including delivery FOB destination Edwards AFB CA 93524. No partial quotes will be accepted. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
