- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this Request for Quotation (RFQ) number L12PS01373. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-55. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 339950 (size standard of 500 employees). All responsible responsive business can submit a quote. The Bureau of Land Management, Arizona Strip Field Office, has a requirement for 25 Single panel information display/kiosk; no roof; 6x6 x 114 steel tube capped uprights slotted for steel sign mounts; 48x48 polyethylene display board and frame thick with 3/16 thick clear polycarbonate cover over one side of panel; all steel pieces with a brown powder coat finish. Furnish one assembly jig, hardware and unique tools required for assembly. Delivery shall be FOB Destination, 15 of the display/kiosks are to be delivered to BLM-PDO 21605 N 7th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85027 and the other 10 to be delivered to BLM-TFO 3201 E Universal Way, Tucson, AZ 85756 Offers must be submitted via company letterhead, referencing this RFQ, are due no later than 2:00 pm local time on September 13, 2012. All offerors must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) system. You may register at: www.SAM.gov.
