Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE-SOURCE BASIS Naval Supply “ Weapon Systems Support intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract to Ironclad Technology Services, LLC in Virginia Beach, Virginia for Command Financial Management Systems (CFMS) information technology support services. The acquisition will be conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5) and pursuant to FAR 6.302-5. Classification System (NAICS) Code for action is 541519 Other Computer Related Services. This is not a solicitation for quotations, but rather a notice of the Agency ™s intent to make a sole-source award to Ironclad Technology Services, LLC. There will be no solicitation issued or available. This notice is for information only. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS, AN INVITATION FOR BIDS, OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. THIS NOTICE DOES NOT REPRESENT A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY FOR COSTS INCURRED IN PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF DATA OR ANY OTHER COSTS INCURRED IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
