- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-12-T-0048 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. NAICS for determination of size status is 423610. CLIN 0001: GENERATOR, 50KW DEISEL W/ 100 GALLON FUEL TANK, 1EA. Contractor shall provide a diesel 50kw generator with a 100gal fuel tank and in accordance with the Statement of Work. Provide Specifications and Warranty information with your quote. CLIN 0002: INSTALLATION OF GENERATOR, 1EA. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to install the generator provided under CLIN 0001. All work shall be done in accordance with the Statement of Work. The following FAR provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items and DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order-Commercial Items.
