- ***ATTENTION*** ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO CCAM-ALL, DARRYL WRIGHT, CONTRACTING OFFICER, VIA e-mail: darryl.wright2@us.army.mil, or fax number 256-955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. NOUN: Battery, Storage, PRON: D12T5010D1, NSN: 6140-01-451-5830, PN: 13316069, Quantity: 91 each applicable to the TARGETS Weapons system. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898. Required delivery is 91 each 85 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with Government Quality Verification. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
