- DLA Contracting Services Office Philadelphia plans to award a sole-source Technical Refresh (TechRefresh) task order against GSA Schedule GS-35F-0499X. The TechRefresh task order is necessary to continue operation of the Virtual Item Manager - ARN Supply Chain Automated Processing (VIM-ASAP) as part of the DLA Apparel Research Network Supply Chain Management System (ARN) located at numerous Recruit Training Centers (RTCs) for the Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps, and the Kentucky Logistics Operations Center (KYLOC). The POP for this effort will be a 6 months beginning October 1, 2012.
