- Appendix 'C' PWS, Equipment List & CDRL This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST A FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 334111 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES: 500 The purchase of NetApp Network Attached Storage (NAS) and related Equipment Maintenance Support Renewal (Performance Work Statement (PWS), Equipment list, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) attached). Justification for Brand Name Only: Must match existing equipment in Data Center located at Robins AFB. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier. Quotations should be emailed to: eddie.shaw2@robins.af.mil no later than 5:00PM EST, 11 SEP 2012. EARLY SUBMISSION IS ACCEPTABLE AND GREATLY APPRECIATED! The anticipated award date is 20 Sep 2012. Please do not request award status prior to this date. DFARS 252.232.7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests (WAWF is the method used by DoD for processing invoices/receiving reports.) In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be adherence to PWS and equipment list, price and price related factors.
