Description

SF 33 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL STATEMENT OF WORK ABIS JWICS The Defense Intelligence Agency has a full and open competitive requirement to acquire support for the Directorate for MASINT and Technical Collections to support the Automated Biometric Identification System(ABIS) JWICS. The Government intends to make a single award to a small business resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, provides the lowest evaluated priced proposal meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. Per FAR 52.212-2, the Government reserves the right to make award without discussions. The optional task may be exercised within the time frame specified in the resultant contract at the sole discretion of the Government subject to the availability of funds and/or satisfaction of the contractor's performance under the subject contract. All prospective offers must have a Commercial And Government Entity (CAGE) code, and be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bnp.gov.
