Description

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Research and Development(ORD), National Risk Management Research Laboratory(NRMRL) is hereby amending RFQ-OH-12-00106. The purpose for the amendment is to provide clarification about the requirement for 5 days of training to the primary operator on the equipment provided by the contract awardee. The question asked was stated as follows: Could you please clarify if this training can be off site at a vendor training facility? The response to the question is as follows: Interested Parties should quote the most economical means of providing the training, options for training will be considered. The request for quotation due date will not be extended. All other terms and conditions of the request for quotations remain unchanged. Responses to the solicitation must be sent not later than September 7, 2012 at 3:00 pm local, by email preferably in pdf format one business day before the due date for responses. Facsimile responses will not be accepted. Point of Contact for this requirement is Garry A. Plear, Contract Specialist, at (513) 487-2054, or via e-mail at plear.garry@epa.gov. Questions must be submitted in writing to Mr. Garry A. Plear via e-mail referencing RFQ-OH-12-00106. Telephone queries will not be honored.
