Description
The Solicitation number is F2U2112160A01. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation also uses the Simplified Acquisition procedures contained in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-58, DFARs Change Notice (DPN) 2012-05-22 and AFAC 2012-0330. NAICS is 333913 and the size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Requirement is to purchase and install a fuel monitoring system at Luke AFB, AZ 85309. Total price shall include all plant, labor, equipment, training, materials and transportation necessary to complete the project. The automated fuel monitoring system shall meet the following minimum requirements: a. Gauges mounted on fuel storage tanks to measure the amount in the tank - removes requirement for "dipping" tanks and translating measurement to gallons of fuel. b. Automated system to track how much fuel is serviced to each piece of AGE and can track each individual servicing the equipment. c. Desktop computer with program connected wirelessly to automated fuel system that is located at fuel pumps to automatically track fuel quantity delivered to each piece of equipment. d. No requirement for recurring system calibration after initial install, only if required after maintenance. e. Include all alarms, weatherproofing, and terminals required to work safely in all weather conditions. Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described above are invited to submit in writing a complete quote. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis. Offerors should include their CAGE Code and DUNS number with their quote. No partial quotes for the items listed above will be accepted.
