- Solicitation No. W81XWH-12-T-0459 will be issued on 05 September 2012 and quotes will be due on 12 September 2012@ 06:00 PM EST. The Government requirement is to provide Brand Name or Equal for Configured Ponemah Software System compatible only with 32-bit operating systems, Part Number: PNM-P3P-CFG. New Ponemah Analysis Sys Sale, Part Number: PNM-POST-CFG Brand Name or Equal. The requirement will be with the U.S. Army Institute of Infection Diseases, 1425 Porter Street, Fort Detrick, MD 21702. The (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210/$25.0. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office. All interested parties can view, download and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments and can be viewed for Additional Solicitation on the ASFI website. In accordance with FARS 13.5, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) formerly Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
