- AWARDED LEASE 08/28/2012 UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Omaha, NE The United States Government seeks to lease Office Space consisting of approximately 11,310 rentable square feet located in Omaha, NE. Delineated Area: North: Maple Street South: Q Street East: 120th Street West: 192nd Street The space should yield between 9,366 to 9,835 BOMA usable square feet. Secured parking is required for 21 spaces. In addition, the greater of local code or 1 parking space per 754 rentable square feet shall be provided. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 25, 2012. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
