Description
Questions and Answers AMX control systems are installed and operating throughout Hamilton Hall. Will an AMX control system be considered? *AMX or Crestron will be considered. The Samsung DVD-V9800 has been discontinued. Is the CATV tuner function 100% necessary, and if so will a separate DVD-VCR and a separate Tuner be considered? *There will be no cable TV so a tuner is not needed. You are requesting a 52" - 60" HD LCD Monitor. What size do you want? All bidders will probably spec out the smallest, cheapest. *60" HD LCD Monitor There is no such part number as a Dalite 81870, and there are many qualities of lecterns. Do you have a corrected part number? Also Dalite does not make a 35" only a 32". 32" Mahogany Monitor stand Incorporated reading light Back access door with lock/key Front slide out (keyboard) shelf Off center front doors; smaller on left, larger on right. Both with locks/keys moveable shelves on right side Casters The projection screen specified is a 4:3 format. This format is obsolete, and I would like to propose a 16:10 widescreen format screen to conform with the new pc display adapters. *Screen should be compatible with the projector to allow comfortable viewing for students throughout the room (based on room size etc Item d. Crown amp. XLS-402D has been discontinued Rec. Crown XLS 2000 Item e Da-Lite No: 81870 is not a good pt. no. Da-Lite Models Concord, Lexington, Hamilton, or Providence come in 32" or 42" wide. Exact Furniture has a PM-36 36" wide model. Item f. DVD/R Samsung Md.DVD players and recorders are no longer available. We can supply a DVD Player w/ a separate tuner. *Tuner and Recorder are not needed; a Blu-Ray DVD player is required. There is no mention of a switching system or it being (backwards) Analog and (Future) Digital compatible is this a requirement or should it be quoted analog only? *A switching system that plays VGA and digital is a requirement. Is there a requirement to route different inputs to different displays simultaneously or will all displays have the same image when in use? *All displays will show same image. [Video interface box should be required to send video out to all displays]. The DVD/VCR specified is a tunerless unit however the project scope specifically mentions a tuner requirement please confirm a CATV tuner is needed in the DVD/VCR or as a separate source. *CATV Tuner is NOT needed. The model number Podium is not valid please indicate the correct model of the exact specifications required to be fulfilled. 32" Mahogany Monitor stand Incorporated reading light Back access door with lock/key Front slide out (keyboard) shelf Off center front doors; smaller on left, larger on right.
