- The site visit will be conducted on 12 September, 2012 at 1000 at the South Gate of Luke AFB in Glendale, AZ. The south gate is just south of the intersection of Glendale Ave and Litchfield Road. Attendance of the site visit is important as this is the only time that it will be provided. All prospective bidders shall RSVP to christopher.williamson@luke.af.mil at least one days prior to the site visit. This is important because failure to do so can and may result in the respective bidder not being allowed on to the installation for the meeting. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
