Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 260 Industrial Way West, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to enter into a contract on the basis of other than full and open competition for the Office of Information and Technology (OI&T). The TAC intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract consisting of a twelve (12) month base period, to TLK, Inc, a Small Business pursuant to authority 41 U.S.C.3304(a) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 entitled, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements" to provide project management support services for the Digital Tutor pilot program. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 541519. The estimated date of award for this action is September 15, 2012.
