- One additional NSN for IPV Contract SPM7LX10D9006 for support to RRAD/ANAD Army Depots Addition of 1 NSN to Schedule of Supplies to support Industrial Product Vendor (IPV) Program which supplies bench stock for maintenance and repair of military vehicles at RRAD and ANAD Army depots. Full supply chain management is a requirement of the IPV vendor performed by SAIC (CAGE 79343).The following NSN is being added to contract SPM7LX10D9006: NSN 5935006915591 EA SHELL,ELECTRICAL CO The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is being published for informational purposes only; the proposed contract action is made under the terms of an existing contract that was previously synopsized in SPM7LX-09-R-0090. Further determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
