The purposes of this amendment are to 1) extend the due date for submission of quotations and 2) answer questions from industry. As a result, the solicitation is amended as follows: 1) The due date for submission of quotations is hereby extended as follows: FROM: 6 September 2012 @ 3pm EST TO: 7 September 2012 @ 3pm EST 2) QUESTION: Would NIST accept any design deviations as they relate to Drawing 002-2032? ANSWER: NIST would consider proposed changes to the drawing if all performance specifications in the statement of work are met.
