Description

The Fleet Logistics Center, Groton office intends to award a sole source contract to Stottler Henke Associates for the enhancements and upgrade to the Aurora Software program for the Naval Submarine Support Facility in Groton, CT. This contract will be done under FAR Part 15 and other than full and open competition as authorized under FAR 6.302. The anticipated award date for this requirement is 07 Sep 2012. This is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. That approved J&A is attached to this notice.
