Provide one Pre-Fabricated concrete flush toilet for Lake Sinclair recreation area at the beach location Oconee Ranger District, 1199 Madison Road, Eatonton, GA 31024 Government estimate $25,000 to $150,000 Contact Person: Joel Ortiz 7702973041 Specifications for a Pre-fabricated concrete flush toilet for Lake Sinclair recreation area - Picnic area Directions - From I-20 Exit 114 in Madison Ga Take US 441/129 south 23 miles to the intersection of US 129 south., also known as the Gray Rd. Turn right at the light and travel 8 miles to the intersection of GA- 212,turn left onto GA 212 and travel 1 mile turn left onto Twin Bridges Rd. travel 1.1 miles then turn left into the campground. Go to the end and site is to the left where the playground is. The existing bathroom is to the right across the road. (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is expected to result in firm fix price contract. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number AG-435H-S-12-0038. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. (IV) This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 236220. The small business size standard is $33.5M. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial item/services: Pre-Fabricated concrete flush toilet. (VI) Detailed description of requirements for the contracts is included. (VII) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: See RFQ (VIII) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. (IX) 52.212-2, Evaluation - Offers will be evaluated on price, equipment available, and terms within the specifications. (X) The offeror must submit a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items with its quote or complete the Representations and Certifications on line at www.sam.gov (XI) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
