Description

Request For Information (RFI) Please provide information on if your company is capable of providing these services located in Harlingen, TX. VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System, Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging Contract 1.Annual service contract for all Radiographic and Ultra-Sonic Imaging Equipment located with HOPC, MOPC, and HCC for the period of October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013. Provide preventive maintenance and unscheduled/corrective maintenance to include x-ray tube coverage. Contractor will provide all labor and materials for semi-annual preventive maintenance inspection to include supporting computer systems and software. 2.Work to be performed should be scheduled Monday thru Friday between 0800am and 0430pm with the exception of Thursday which will be from 1000am thru 0430pm. 3.No work should be scheduled during federal holidays, the clinic will be closed. 4.There may be an additional charge for emergency calls on weekend and holidays as this is a mission essential piece of equipment. 5.The specific equipment covered under this agreement is listed below.
